目前光伏組件所用的邊框最主要的材質(zhì)為鋁合金，但是，由于鋁合金生產(chǎn)的高污染和高能耗，國(guó)家以限制新增鋁合金產(chǎn)能，而由于新能源汽車和其他領(lǐng)域的快速發(fā)展，對(duì)鋁合金的需求量越來(lái)越大，從而導(dǎo)致鋁合金價(jià)格持續(xù)走高。聚氨酯玻纖復(fù)合材料具有低密度，高強(qiáng)度，耐腐蝕，同時(shí)又低于鋁合金的成本，正在快速替代鋁合金應(yīng)用在光伏邊框上。
